Have old model [about 80 model onward] 6 hp. has not been started 4 about 4-5 years motor does turn any ideas? - old evinrude 4 hp

6 HP, the outboard motor was sitting in a 4 to about 4-5 years, compreshion not good light. but the custom startup ideas please. Coast, not many years, but probably 80 out of the model? Hard to say. It is an Evinrude
